The idea of the trail started as West Nipissing was about to host the International Plowing Match and Rural Expo 2019. With local artists and students as volunteers, their goal was to create eleven quilt blocks that would be put up in the area. As excitement grew and word got out many more volunteers came forward. Now the proud residents of West Nipissing are inviting you to follow a trail of more than 20 quilt blocks that have been put up on local buildings.
