The story
The McNeil family emigrated from Scotland to this location in 1843. The farm has been owned and continuously lived on since that time by direct descendants until the present time when great great grandson – John (Phyllis) – live here. The family were recently honoured by The Canadian Hereford Association for having 100 years of continuous membership in the breed association. Hereford cattle can be seen grazing these pastures.
