Ohio Star – The events that took place in Ohio between the many nations in the Ohio Valley and the British would set the stage for Tecumseh’s call to action. Tecumseh felt the American approach to relationships with First Nations threatened his nation’s sovereignty and its citizens to live freely on their tribal lands. Therefore he lead a crusade to unite many First Nations against the Americans as reluctant allies with the British.
