The story
Hinterland is a market garden farm started in 2016 with a commitment to organic farming techniques to preserve the land in order to provide the community with wholesome produce. The Garden of Eden pattern represents the farm because while the world will never be like it was before the fall of man, it is here where they can find a glimpse of peace, beauty and the perfection of God’s creation that was offered in the Garden of Eden.
